Matters needing attention in the design of central air-conditioning ventilation system (2)

Bringing more green lighting to your urban and rural areas, heading for the brighter future.

5. New air outlet requirements
①Fixed blinds should be used
②Waterproof shutters should be used in rainy areas to prevent rainwater from entering
③In order to prevent birds from entering, a metal mesh should be installed in the shutters
6. New method of exhaust pipe
The design of an exhaust system similar to a hotel room can be considered as follows: Use exhaust fans to exhaust indoor air into the ceiling of the corridor, and set up exhaust ducts in the corridor to exhaust air. In order to effectively use the waste heat, the exhaust fan can be installed in the bathroom.
7. The distance between the tuyere and the side wall
The distance between the air outlet and the wall should not be less than 1 meter
8. Selection of air outlet
①Double-layer louvered vents for fresh air outlets and air supply outlets
② Grille outlet for return air outlet
③Double-layer louver for exhaust vent
④The fluorine system generally has relatively small air volume. If heating is required in winter, double-layer louvers should be used instead of diffusers.
⑤Double-layer shutters with regulating valve should be used when the fan coil has two air outlets
9. Condensation from the tuyere
The tuyere condensation is due to the small tuyere and low temperature. Can increase the size of the tuyere to prevent condensation
10. Calculation of static pressure box
①The controlled wind speed of the static pressure box should not be greater than 1.5m/s
②The cross-sectional area of the air outlet A=G/V (G is the air supply volume), the cross-sectional area should be the same in all directions
③General system can replace static pressure box with tuyere reducing and silencer.
11. Determination of the number of air changes for smoke prevention and exhaust
①The fire pump room is not less than 4 times
②Substation room 5-8 times
③Substation room 5-8 times
④The corridor is more than 60 meters, and it is used as a smoke exhaust port
⑤ Normally open multi-leaf air outlet for the elevator front room, one on each floor
⑥The stairwell uses a self-hanging louver vent, one on the 2-3 floors
12. The air pressure state of the room
① The air-conditioning room in the building should maintain positive pressure.
②Negative pressure should be maintained in the toilets, washrooms, and various equipment rooms in the building
③The hotel room should maintain positive pressure, and the bathroom should maintain negative pressure
④The front hall of the restaurant should maintain positive pressure, and the kitchen should maintain negative pressure. The air pressure in the restaurant should be between the front hall and the kitchen.
13. Principles for the layout of air ducts in the ceiling
From top to bottom, they are: exhaust duct, exhaust duct, supply duct, water pipe.
14. The relative position of the air supply and exhaust vents
When the air-conditioning room has parallel air supply and exhaust ducts, the air supply and exhaust outlets should not be arranged side by side as far as possible, and they are better arranged in a staggered manner.
15. Design of air supply duct
Try to prevent the wind from going backwards in the air supply pipe to ensure a good air flow and air outlet effect in the pipe.
16. The overlap of the tee and the duct
